Welcome to SwipePix (the "App"). SwipePix is an iOS photo album cleaning tool that helps you quickly manage and clear unnecessary photos from your device. Its signature features include swipe-to-clean and jigsaw-style cleaning, which make photo review and deletion faster and more intuitive.
By downloading, installing, or using SwipePix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, the updated Terms will be posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to its code, design, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property, except for the limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non‑commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, photos, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is lawful in your jurisdiction.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately. You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
Subscriptions are auto-renewing and will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew within 24 hours prior to the end of each billing period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.
Any free trial, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription upon expiration unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
All refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to Apple and are subject to Apple's applicable refund policies.
